Hadronization, chemical equilibrium and the QCD phase transition

Description
In this seminar I will address the relation between hadroproduction
in relativistic nuclear collisions and the phase transition between
hadronic matter and quark-gluon-plasma predicted by QCD.
After summarizing the main concepts, I will present recent results
which indicate that plasma hadronization occurs just at the
critical temperature estimated by QCD lattice computations.
