Konishi operator up to 7-loops from integrability

In this talk I will review the developments on computing the anomalous dimensions of the Konishi operator at weak coupling using method of integrable QFT and string theory in AdS5xS5. I will focus on the theoretical motivations for performing these computations rather than on concrete details.
