La Thuile 2013

Travel Information

 

We have organized two conference buses, connecting, free of charge, Geneva (CERN and Cointrin Airport ) and Milano (Malpensa Airport ) to the conference venue.

Bus rides between the Planibel Hotel at La Thuile and Geneva or Malpensa airports take about 2h30'. The bus schedule is as follows:

Upon arrival Sunday, February 24

• 13:30 Bus departure from Milano Malpensa

The meeting point is between Exit and B of Terminal 1 (Lower level). In this area you will find a conference poster and you will meet a conference staff member starting from 11:00 a.m.

• 13.30 Bus departure from CERN to Geneva Airport

The meeting point is between building 33 (reception) and entrance B

• 14:00 Bus continuation from Geneva Airport to La Thuile

The meeting point is between is at the arrival gate exit

Due to the coincidence of the first day of the conference with Italian general elections we will provide additional transfer from Milano Malpensa to La Thuile. Interested parties should contact the secretariat.
