As we plan to start the meeting on Thursday morning, we recommend to
arrive on Sept. 26.
We plan to finish the meeting on Friday afternoon (possibly lunch time) in
order to give the possibility to take the flight on the same day.
On Thursday Sep. 27 evening at around 8.00pm there will be the

The distance from Frankfurt airport to Mainz only ca. 20 ... 30 min. by
public transportation, while German RyanAir hub Frankfurt-Hahn, ca. 1.5
hours away, bus transfer.
