Description
A brief overview is given of The European Physical Journal (EPJ),
co-published by the Italian and French Physical Societies, and
Springer, as joint initiative to develop and expand a leading
international physics journal out of Europe. Modern aspects of
scientific publishing such as "Open Access" will be addressed.
