Space frame development:

  • CAD drawings from CBM space frame
  • FEM simulations to select layouts
  • prototypes from ICM-Composite
  • CMM dimensional measurements (Padova, Pisa, Trieste)
  • Lab tests (Pisa, Padova?)

 

CAD drawings developments:

  • scale CBM space frame drawings to ML dimensions (Massimo)
  • add simple volumes for cold plate, pipes, FPC (Massimo + Kshitij)
  • populate layers with proper tilt and locations (Massimo + Kshitij)
  • translate to O2 geometry (Stefano / Lorenzo)
  • thermal/flow simulations (Kshitij + Massimo)

 

Cold plate development

  • as a second priority after space frame, look into cold plate design and prototypes
