      1. Meeting Schedule & Participants' Availability

      • Salvatore, who is currently on sabbatical at BNL, requested adjusting the meeting time to the afternoon to accommodate the 6-hour time zone difference.

      • Reverting the meeting to Tuesday is not feasible due to scheduling conflicts with the SIDIS-PWG and PAC meetings.

      • The team discussed general availability and identified a few potential time slots, which will be proposed to Salvatore shortly.

      • Action Item: Propose the newly identified time slots to Salvatore to finalize the new meeting schedule.

      2. Performance Plots

      • Lorenzo provided an update on the performance plots that Ralf requested a few weeks ago for the SIDIS-PWG meetings.

      • The presentation is not yet ready due to other urgent tasks, but Lorenzo confirmed it will be prepared for one of the upcoming meetings.

      • Additionally, this material will serve as the content for Lorenzo's talk at the upcoming DIS26 conference.

      • Action Item: Lorenzo to complete the performance plots presentation for a future SIDIS-PWG meeting.

      3. Pseudodata Production for Marco Radici

      • Lorenzo has started drafting the table with the kinematic variables and cross-section values requested by Marco.

      • The column for systematic errors still needs to be updated. This is a critical step for producing the pseudodata, but the exact method for calculating these errors remains unclear.

      • Lorenzo has reached out to Anselm and Connor via email for guidance but has not yet received a reply.

      • Action Item: Follow up with Anselm and Connor regarding the calculation of systematic errors.

      4. Simulation Campaigns

      • The current results included in Lorenzo's table were obtained using the 10x275 configuration.

      • Lorenzo reported an issue accessing the 10x130 and 10x250 configurations from the March simulation campaign, as they do not appear to be archived in the same directory/location as the other campaigns.

      • Action Item: Investigate and clarify how to retrieve the missing data for the 10x130 and 10x250 configurations.
