Please, proceed with the following simple steps:
- Fill out the Application Form for ESC26 and submit it.
- Ask your professor or supervisor to write a letter of reference, written on official letterhead, confirming the academic and research information provided with the application form. Send a digital copy of the signed letter to
esc_school [at] lists.infn.it
Applications are for the entire programme. Applications cannot be submitted for part of the program.
Registration Fee
Please note that the amount of the fee will be decided based on the application date.
Important dates:
- 31st May 2026: deadline early fee (1.300€)
by the beginning of June the selected students will be informed of the outcome of the first selection; - 30th June 2026: deadline for regular fee (1.700€)
by the beginning of July the selected students will be informed of the outcome of the second selection; - 31st July 2026: payment deadline for all the fees
all the selected students will get the link for the official registration and payment details.
This amount covers:
- Tuition and materials;
- Accommodation in a double room in the former Seminary from October 11th to the morning of October 22nd
(Single rooms can be booked upon request with a surcharge per night, please note that they have very limited availability);
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the self-service canteen (in the same building as the former Seminary);
- Two daily coffee breaks;
- Social dinners.
The fee does not include travel expenses.
Selection of participants
Selection of participants will be made by the Selection Committee.
Working language
The working language of the school will be English. There will be no simultaneous translation. Participants are expected to have a sufficient understanding of English.
Flash Talks and Poster Sessions
ESC places great emphasis on networking and knowledge sharing, which is why we also dedicate space to flash talks and poster sessions at every edition. We suggest our students to take part of this opportunity and reccomend to prepare a 5 minutes talk with a presentation and to print the poster at least 15 days before the school begins.
(We can print the poster at your expences by sending the file before 1st October).
