Presentation Guidelines and Technical Notes

Talks

The conference will feature invited plenary talks covering theoretical and experimental aspects of charged lepton flavor violation and future opportunities in the field.

Unless otherwise specified, presentation times will include discussion periods:

  • 30-minute talks: 25 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion
  • 60-minute talks: 50 minutes presentation + 10 minutes discussion

Please upload your slides in PDF format to the Indico agenda before the session begins.
Whenever possible, please use the room’s computer, which is already connected to the microphones and streaming system. If you absolutely need to use your own laptop, make sure to bring a compatible adapter (VGA or HDMI to USB).

Posters

Posters are expected to be printed by the authors in A0 format or similar.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a printing service. Several printing houses can be found nearby Sapienza University, and you can ask the LOC for suggestions. However, a typical lead time of a few hours has to be considered.
