Description
In this talk we present a global analysis of Energy–Energy Correlation (EEC) data in electron–positron annihilation. Our theoretical framework combines resummation of logarithmically enhanced contributions up to next-to-next-to-next-to-leading logarithmic (N³LL) accuracy with fixed-order predictions at next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO).
This approach enables a precise extraction of the strong coupling constant αₛ, as well as a determination of non-perturbative parameters, including those governing the Collins–Soper evolution kernel.
We discuss also possible outcomes of our results for processes sensitive to transverse-momentum dynamics at the LHC and the future EIC.
