For participants, the fees include the meals and social activities foreseen in the programme:
- Standard fee (to be paid by September 15th): 200 euro per person
- Late fee (to be paid by September 30th): 250 euro per person
For accompanying persons, the fees include the same as for participants but the coffee breaks:
- 150 euro per person (to be paid by September 30th).
Payment methods:
- INFN participants: via internal INFN transfer ("storno fra sezioni"). It is enough to provide the relevant information in the registration form, no other action is required.
- non-INFN participants and accompanying persons: via the online University payment system (several options available: debit/credit card, PayPal, Satispay, etc...). Instructions are provided below.
Instructions to use the online University payment system (for non-INFN participants and accompanying persons):
- Go to https://unipg.pagoatenei.cineca.it/frontoffice/home and set the English language from the top-right of the page
- Click on “ Voluntary Payment”
- Select “Registration for events” as type of payment
- Enter your name and surname in the relevant field
- Tick the option “Anonymous” (in this way the procedure does not require the Italian fiscal code or the VAT number)
- Enter your email in the relevant field
- Select “Registration for events - Department of Physics and Geology” as payment reason
- Write “WIFAI 2026” in the field “Reason”
- Insert the amount to be paid (in EUR)
- Tick for the agreement with the privacy statement
- Click on “Start online payment”. The page that will be opened is in Italian by default, but you can switch to English using the menu on the bottom-left of the page.
- Finalize the payment using you favourite method (choose “Carta di debito o credito” if you want to pay by debit/credit card)

We have been informed about some unexpected issues in using the recommended online University payment system from outside Europe.
If, for any reason, you cannot make the payment via the recommended online University payment system, it can be done also via bank transfer, using the following information. Please, verify that the expenses are borne by the ordering party.
