I partecipanti sono invitati a provvedere individualmente alla propria prenotazione alberghiera.
Per usufruire delle tariffe convenzionate INFN, con servizio di navetta incluso, la prenotazione deve essere fatta via e-mail o telefonicamente, citando la convenzione INFN. La navetta deve essere richiesta al momento della prenotazione (è previsto 1 trasporto A/R mattina e pomeriggio).
Servizio urbano di trasporto pubblico (Linea Frascati-Tor VERGATA). Fermata di fronte all'ingresso principale INFN/ENEA. I biglietti si possono acquistare a bordo o presso le rivendite ufficiali.
