ABSTRACT

In 2002, a first EVM tool was implemented at CERN for LHC project. This tool, which was specific for LHC project, was in use until the end of LHC installation and enabled to monitor the project execution. Following this successful experience, other projects at CERN (as well as external) expressed interest in project monitoring and control by EVM. So a second version of the EVM tool was developed and integrated into the CERN Resource Planning Tool. This lecture gives an overview of the functionalities of the EVM tool currently used at CERN.
