Bus Transfers during the EuPRAXIA_PP General Meeting
To facilitate transportation between Prague hotels and ELI Beamlines, shuttle buses will be provided each morning and evening according to the following schedule (click HERE for the map).
Morning Pick-up Locations
- Hotel Savoy area: Approximately 150 m from the hotel (location marked on the map)
- the closest tram station is „Pohořelec“ (trams 22, 23) - Hotel Pyramida: Directly in front of the hotel
- the closest bus/tram station is „Malovanka“ (trams 22, 23, 25, bus 143)
Wednesday, 29 October 2025
- 08:00 – Departure from the Savoy area. The bus will wait for latecomers until 08:10, then depart to the second pick-up point.
- 08:15 – Departure from Hotel Pyramida. If the bus is slightly delayed, please wait, but note that it will not wait further for latecomers.
- Final destination: ELI Beamlines, Dolní Břežany
- If you miss the bus, please use public transport or a taxi (Uber/Bolt) to reach ELI Beamlines.
- This schedule expects smooth morning traffic, and arrival before 09:00. The bus will drop you off directly in front of the ELI Beamlines building.
- Upon arrival, please collect your name badge and proceed to the conference hall (1st floor).
Return transfer:
- 20:00 – Departure from ELI Beamlines back to Prague (stops: Pyramida, Savoy)
Thursday, 30 October 2025
- Morning: Same schedule as Wednesday.
- 18:00 – Departure from ELI Beamlines back to Prague (Pyramida, Savoy).
- 19:45 – 21:45 – Conference Dinner at Restaurant Na Pekle
- Address: Strahovské nádvoří 133/3, 118 00 Prague 1 – Hradčany
- Transport: Individual arrangements (no organized bus)
- Dinner format: Buffet reception
Friday, 31 October 2025
- Morning: Same schedule as previous days.
- 13:30 – Two buses will depart from ELI Beamlines:
- One bus directly to Prague Airport
- One bus back to Prague (Pyramida, Savoy)
How to get to ELI Beamlines by public transport
From Prague City
- Take metro line C (red) to Kačerov
- Then continue by bus 333 to Dolní Břežany, Obecní úřad. The bus ride takes about 20–25 min.
