The accepted participants will be required to pay the fee.
The fee includes:
- Bus transportation during the meeting
- Refreshment during the meeting (coffee breaks, lunches)
- Welcome party (Wednesday)
- Social dinner in Prague (Thursday)
NOTE: the accommodation expenses are not included in the registration fee. Participants must pay the accommodation costs directly to the hotel where they will be staying once the pre-registration has been accepted.
