All of the following expenses are included in the registration fee for participants.
Accompanying persons may choose which activities to attend. A survey will be circulated shortly, and payment details will be provided.
- Lunches: 30 euros per lunch
- Conference excursion on Thursday afternoon: 70 euros
- Social dinner on Thursday evening: 60 euros
- Light dinner after the public event on Wednesday evening: 30 euros
A reduced rate for children attending the conference dinner is currently under consideration.
