Call for Abstracts

Authors are invited to submit an abstract for the "SIRR International Day: 2025 – Simulation and Biological Damage Prediction". The abstract should be submitted through the electronic submission page. Submissions by e-mail will not be considered. The abstract submission portal will be open until the DEADLINE (1/10/2025). All submitted abstracts will be reviewed and, if considered suitable, a note of acceptance will be sent to the corresponding authors. Accepted abstracts will be presented and published in the workshop program.

Please note that only authors who are registered members of SIRR will be eligible for an oral presentation.

To become a SIRR member, you need to fill out the application form available at the following link: APPLICATION FOR SIRR MEMBERSHIP  and pay the membership fee.

The annual membership fee is €20 for non-permanent members and €50 for permanent staff.

Abstracts must be submitted in English and have to be formatted as follows:

  • Title of abstract: Arial font, bold, font size 14, centered paragraph; maximum number of words 20
  • Authors: First-Author-Surname, A.A., Second-Author-Surname, B.B., Third-Author-Surname, C.C. and So-on, D.D.; Arial font, font size 14, centered italic font (lead presenter)
  • Affiliations: Arial font, font size 10, centered
  • Main texts: Arial font, size font 12; maximum number of words 1000

Please remember:
- Abstract must be submitted in English
- The limit for your abstract is 1000 words (excluded references)
- Include the mail address of the corresponding author
- Abstracts must not contain copyrighted material
- Abstracts must be uploaded in .docx format.
