4 Procedure & tooling for Installation of half-rings, cable connections, low-power mode testing, orbital welding, etc

5 Procedure for Half-cylinder testing: pressure testing, leak checking, low power mode, transfer to climate chamber, thermal expansion de-coupling, warm CO2, cold CO2, passive thermal cycle to min OTR, re-test with (warm?) CO2

12 Reception test at CERN
