The 2026 edition will be held in person in Italy at the INFN-LNF - Via Enrico Fermi 60 - Frascati (Rome) from the 3rd to the 5th of March 2026.
Participants in the Workshop are invited to register via web using the online registration form (an INFN indico account is required, for those who have INFN AAI credentials, please use AAI log in).
A registration fee (all included), as contribution to the Workshop organisation, includes lunches, coffee breaks, a welcome cocktail, a social dinner + bus to/from the restaurant and meeting materials.
Early Registration Fee of 350,00 Euros: 1 September 2025 - 31 December 2025
Late Registration Fee of 400,00 Euros: 1 January 2026 - 15 February 2026
Those who need to apply for a VISA to enter Italy are kindly requested to ask the Workshop Secretariat for a formal invitation letter by e-mail.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
All refund requests must be in writing by email to the Workshop Organisers as soon as possible.
Registration fee less 50,00 € as administrative fee, will be refunded if a request is made in writing to the ALEGRO2026 Secretariat (alegro2026@lists.lnf.infn.it) and received prior 31 January 2026.
For "STORNI INFN" the deadline is January 15th.
Cancellations after this date will be non-refundable.
Registrations may be transferred to substitute delegates without incurring a fine.
