STUDENT FEE: 1000 €
The fee covers : lectures, full-board accommodation and transportation from Palermo or Trapani airports to Erice and back.
Travel from your Institute to Palermo or Trapani airports is at your charge.
Payment methods:
Payment must be made in cash or by credit card upon arrival at the Erice Center, before room accommodation. Once the formalities and payment are completed at the Erice Center reception desk, the room will be assigned.
Payment via bank transfer is also possible, with a deadline of November 10, 2025. The transfer must be received before arrival and check-in at the Erice Center reception desk.
Please ensure that the bank transfer cost is at your expense — the amount received must be exactly €1000, net of any charges.
Bank details will be provided by the Scientific Secretariat (Stefano.Sorti@mi.infn.it) or the Erice Center (hq@ccsem.infn.it) upon request.
Please bring the bank transfer receipt with you.
Registration for students opens on 25 May and closes 30 September 2025. Being the number limited, acceptance follows the first arrived-first served principle.
For late registration please write to the contact director and/or scientific secretariat.
Students are required to register for approval by the school director. At this stage students may or may not indicate travel details. Once notified of the acceptance, students must complete the registration with travel information, as soon as possible, not later than October 31, 2025.
