8 LIME Run Status

LIME 

• Quest and EHD lens removed. Fusion and Schneider lens operational now.
• Issue with the gas system: solved by power cycle of the system
• Issue with the motor: solved by power cycle of the arduino
• FIlter tests:
  • 5 L/h fresh (tested also 2L/h and 1L/h)
  •  50 L/h recirculation
  • Oxygen filters: duration ~ one week
    
  • Humidity: still working
    
  • Detector unstable behaviour: huge light yield (> 2x) with sparks and hot spots when oxygen concentration was as low as O(40 ppm). Forced to lower GEM voltage to 410V per GEM
    
• Premixed bottles: arriving at LNGS tomorrow.
• Next week plans: radon monitor. Premixed bottles?
