Venue
The workshop will be held at the Galileo Galilei Institute (GGI) in the beautiful location in the hills of Arcetri, Firenze. Details on the venue are available here.

The lunch on the 8th, 9th and 10th will be hosted at GGI
Social Events
On the first day we will organise a welcome drink with a parallel poster session in the GGI, close to the meeting room. The poster need to be printed in advance in the standard A1 (vertical), the stands will be already prepared upon arrival.
The social dinner is currently being organised and will be on the 8th or 9th of April, we will provide here more information closer to the event.
Accomodation
All the people attending the workshop have to self-organise the accomodation but the accomodation can be convenentiely booked and paid through this website
The website is organised by a travel company associated to GGI and should provide the best fare, including a discount reserved for people attending a workshop at GGI.
