If you will be arriving in Varenna with an accompanying person, please send us their full name by August 26 at the latest, so we can prepare their badge.
This badge will grant access to Villa Monastero on all days of the conference, allowing them to enter without paying the garden entrance fee and to skip the tourist queue at the entrance.
Accompanying persons are warmly invited to take part in the social events.
If they wish to take part, it is necessary to confirm their participation by August 26.
