A participation fee of €150 (approximately 27,000 JPY) will be asked to all attendees.

If the payment has to made using INFN funds, for INFN Staff and Associates, the internal transfer procedure should be used. In this case, you should inform the administrative office of your section/laboratory about the necessity to pay the fee for this event and follow their instructions.
