A limited number of rooms is available on a first-come, first-served basis at a special rate reserved for conference participants. Details are provided on the conference registration webpage.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit may be required by the hotel. The deposit can be paid either via a bank transfer or by credit card directly through the hotel.
