How to reach it
The conference venue is conveniently located in the historic center of Naples, about a 25-minute walk from Piazza Garibaldi Central Train Station. Alternatively, you can take the underground metro Line 1 from Garibaldi Central Station to the “University” station (second stop), which is just a 5-minute walk from the venue.
The underground operates from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. A single ticket for Line 1 (ANM ticket) costs €1.50; a single ticket for a bus or a “Funicolare” (validity: 60 minutes, ANM ticket) costs €1.30; a single ticket for Line 2 (Trenitalia ticket) costs €1.50. A ticket for all the mentioned means of transport (validity: 90 minutes, UNICO Napoli ticket) costs €1.80; a daily ticket for all of them is available for €4.50 (UNICO Napoli giornaliero); a weekly ticket for all of them is available for €16.2 (UNICO Napoli settimanale).
From the airport: take the public bus service Alibus or Taxi to Piazza Garibaldi Central Train Station, then the underground metro Line 1 to University station (second stop). Alibus tickets cost €5 and can be purchased either on the Alibus website or directly on board. The journey takes approximately 15–20 minutes to reach Piazza Garibaldi.
