Proceedings are optional and will be published in SciPost Physics Proceedings.

Templates and detailed instructions will be provided on our website by the end of June.

Everyone who contributes a proceedings article must review up to two other articles by the deadlines below. Referee reports should have non-trivial content and focus on presentation and coherence.

4 pages for contributed talks (including flash-talks/posters)

6 pages for invited/highlight talks

Referee process:

First upload to arXiv, then submit to SciPost

Refereeing through the SciPost system

SciPost, as any publisher, runs plagiarism checks, ensure you are not flagged

Proceedings submission (in your role as author): 1 September
