Description

After a brief review of different notions of complexity, I will present
a detailed introduction to Krylov space and how it can be used to
define (time-dependent) complexity of quantum states and operators. In
particular, Krylov operator complexity is a good measure for operater
growth and chaos. The last part of the seminar illustrates an
application of Krylov space methods to the physics of black holes.
