beam on target on 9 October at 11:00.

irradiation needs and specs: SiPM, windows, aerogel.
need to define program and be ready with instrumentation, tools and analyses.

16 October we need to open the area at 9:00.

slot not yet confirmed.

originally planned to have two slots (Friday-Saturday 2+4 hours combos)
- 15 and 16 November
- 20 and 21 December

probably not the best to optimise time and effort.
one longer slot (Thursday-Friday-Saturday 2+2+4 hours combo) might work best.
perhaps 12, 13 and 14 December?

with a tentative program as follows
- Thursday dedicated to SiPM irradiation with large field
- Friday dedicated to windows and aerogel irradiation
- Saturday dedicated to ALCOR and ATTINY irradiation with narrow field
