Aim of the workshop:
The workshops aims, via the presentation of specific thesis or research topics by the Young GAMMA’s members, at providing an overview of the many GAMMA activities at different laboratories, together with presentation of analysis techniques and technical developments, in order to foster discussions among the members.
Social Activities:
During our stay at the observatory, we propose to have
- a visit of the observatory dome
- a sky observation in the night of Friday to Saturday (depending on the meteorological conditions).
- a Sun observation on saturday morning
- an easy hike organized by Prof. Santo Lunardi on the mountains sorrounding the plateau at an elevation of 1600-1800m. Depending on how many participants are present and how many cars are available. We might come back to Asiago around 16-17, (details to be announced)
Accommodations:
The observatory has a guesthouse which can host 30 to 40 people (most of the rooms are shared)
