As the meeting happens on a sunday, sandwiches and beverages will be provided for lunch (each participant should book it in the registration form).

A social dinner/party will be organized at the end of the meeting in restaurant in Tsukuba.

The cost of both meals will be covered by JENNIFER2 project funds.
