Additional to the attendance of all conference sessions the fee covers the expenses for the program book, book of abstracts, proceedings, coffee breaks, conference welcome, social dinner, excursion as well as the free membership to the "Cultural Association ProSapientia".
The advanced online payment at earlier registration allows the participants to have a reduced registration fee (please, note that the reduction depends on the period of payment and is split in two steps); This payment should be done via either the bank transfer addressed to the bank account, or the online payment (see coordinates below).
Simultaneously, a pdf copy of the bank transfer with a note “Channeling 2024” Registration Fee - Last Name/Name (together with the student card for students and/or the SIF certificate for members) should be sent to the Organizing Committee via e-mail channeling2024@lists.lnf.infn.it
The registration fee of INFN participants will be paid through an internal transfer among INFN sites. (Storno INFN - INFN participants only). Please contact Channeling 2024 Conference Secretariat for all information you may need channeling2024@lists.lnf.infn.it
The Organizing Committee will consider granting limited number of students or young researchers. The interested persons should specify their requests compiling the field “Any other information or special requirements” and submitting a “Grant Application Form” (available online - Channeling 2024 official web site - on the page Downloads & Dates and presented at the end of the 2nd announcement).
