There will be five Transnational Project Meetings (TPMs) taking place roughly every 6 months. The TPMs will be organised in order to secure a smooth monitoring of the Playing with Protons Goes Digital project.
In addition, TPMs will discuss progress and achievements in relation to the completion of particular tasks in the Intellectual Outputs, feedback from target groups, and also any management issues and risks.
TPMs are also crucial for planning ahead for the following six months.
-The project will have its Kick-off meeting in Naples in June 2021.
-All current ongoing tasks will be discussed during the project’s second meeting in M6 in Bilbao. During this meeting the team will also review the preparations for the upcoming multiplier events (M8).
-All current outcomes will be discussed and revised during the third meeting in M13 in Birmingham. During this meeting the team will also review the preparations for the upcoming multiplier events (M14).
-The fourth Consortium meeting will be held in M19 in Athens.
-Towards the closing of the project the consortium will hold a final meeting to assess achievement and prepare for wrapping up. This final meeting will be held in Naples and will review all remaining outcomes and also discuss the last tasks to be carried out to complete the project, focusing especially on the sustainability aspect.
