Participants are required to book their own accommodation at the Lloyd's Baia Hotel where the conference takes place. You can book your room by sending the filled hotel form to the following address: booking@lloydsbaiahotel.it.
The deadline for booking the hotel is February 20th.
NB: The hotel room rate shown on the form is valid for the nights of the 24th, 25th and 26th.
Do not forget to indicate in the message body any food restrictions.
Accommodation (nights+breakfasts or nights+breakfasts+lunches) will be paid upon arrival.
