We will not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. All communication (both verbal and written) should be appropriate for a professional audience that includes a diverse range of background. Sexual or sexist language and imagery should not be used at any time.
Be kind to others, and treat each other with respect and consideration. Do not insult or put down other attendees.
Individuals asked to stop any inappropriate behaviour are expected to comply immediately. Any attendees violating this code may be asked to leave the event at the sole discretion of the event organisers.
Rules for participants from Russian and Belarusian institutions:
Considering the recent measurements taken by the CERN council and supported by INFN, the La Thuile 2024 Local Organising Committee has decided to suspend the participation of the institutions located in the Russian Federation and in the Republic of Belarus in all scientific committees and activities related to the conference. As a consequence, people employed by these institutions should participate to the conference activities personally (without their affiliation) or with a IUPAP affiliation (subject to approval by IUPAP).
