The Organizing Committee of the XXXVI Rencontres de Physique de La Vallée d’Aoste established several grants for young physicists (age limit is 35 years old at the time of the Conference; interruptions due to maternity (18 months), medical leaves, and compulsory military service will be taken into account). Priority is given to Ph.D. students.
The grants cover all local expenses (i.e. registration, lodging and meals).
In order to apply you should upload on the site grant application:
- A CV also reporting your recent research interests.
- Two reference letters from people in the field (they can also be sent separately directly to the same address).
Independently of the grant application, young scientists can apply for a talk a the Young Scientists Forum via the same application form, uploading a short abstract. Also in this case priority is given to Ph.D. students.
The final deadline for application is January 28, 2024.
