As for for the night of September 13, we have made an agreement with three hotels in Assergi located near LNGS on a temporary reservation of rooms for the conference at an agreed price. Please find below their contact information.
The reservation should be made personally by the participants directly contacting the hotels. No booking service provider (e.g. booking.com) should be used in order to be included in the list of the school attendees and get the contracted rates.
The reservation code for participants is “ARCHAEO METALS” and must be mentioned when booking the room. The rooms will be available on “first come, first served” basis. Being the agreements expired, reservation will still be possible though, but availability of rooms will no longer be guaranteed.
Please note that shuttle bus service will include pick-ups from these hotels only.
