Measurements of inclusive pi0 production in pp collisions with ALICE

ALICE experiment at LHC performs measurements of neutral mesons in pp collisions at the collision energies 900 GeV and 7 TeV. Three independent measurements of the spectra by two electromagnetic calorimeters, EMCAL and PHOS, and by the central trackling system provide systematic cross checks of the results. Details of the analysis of the calorimeter data will be discussed. The production spectra obtained will be compared with the world trends of the hadron production at different collision energies. Predictions of the next-to-leading pQCD will be compared with the ALICE data.
