Description

A (belated) celebration of Serguey Petcov's 70th anniversary, which will be held at ICTP in Trieste, Italy, as well as over Zoom. The event will consist of a series of talks summarising the state of the art of neutrino, flavour and dark matter physics, along with personal memories of the participants.
