Quantum Observables for Collider Physics :): 4 --x--

6-10 November 2023 -- GGI Florence

Recently,  proposals have been put forward to exploit quantum information observables to interpret measurements at current and future colliders and probe more effectively fundamental interactions. Following the initial ideas, investigations both at the theoretical as well as at the experimental level have started addressing many open questions.

This workshop aims at putting together theorists as well as experimentalists interested in performing such measurements and explore their potentiality, not only to provide non-trivial tests of quantum mechanics at very small scales, but also to use quantum effects as a probe of fundamental interactions.

A series of introductory lectures by a renowned expert on quantum information, as well as introductory talks on the latest developments in quantum technology and computing for HEP will be given by experts in the field.

NOTE: Participation is limited to about 40 people.
