Description
Students will be picked up by a shuttle at the Department of Physics and driven to the EGO site in Cascina which is 12 km from Pisa.
9:30 am Seminar on the physics of Gravitational Waves and experiments (Virgo, Ligo, Kagra).
10:15 am Visit to the Virgo Experiment.
12:30 pm Return to Pisa.
