Conference FEE:
- 250 euros for SENIORS scientists
- 130 euros for JUNIOR scientists (Master, PhD students, ...)
The FEE should be paid together with the room booking, as given below.
Fee costs also cover the Welcome Cocktail and Coffee breaks.
The Conference Dinner is organized at Hotel Miramonti on Saturday 11th February 2023.
The Conference Dinner price is included in the accommodation for participants staying in the Conference Hotels.
The cost for external participants is 35 euros.
FEE for INFN participants:
the FEE should be paid as a STORNO to INFN Milano, from the local administration.

Deadline for Hotel Booking: 30th November 2022.
Room booking is confirmed by the Hotel management as follows:
- SENIORS: 450 € deposit (including 250 € Conference FEE) upon room request (before 30/11/2022);
- JUNIORS: 330 € deposit (including 130 € Conference FEE) upon room request (before 30/11/2022)
Deadline for FULL Hotel Payment: 20th January 2023.
In case of late payment, room reservations will be automatically cancelled.

Hotel Cancellation policy:
If cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival: deposit refunded
If cancelled 30 to 16 days before the date of arrival: room deposit (200 €) is NOT refunded
If cancelled 15 to 5 days before the date of arrival: 500 € NOT refunded
If cancelled later 5 days before arrival or in case of a no-show: full period charged
