and offered accommodation for your stay with a request to pay a hotel booking in advance.
This request has nothing to do with the BORMIO WORKSHOP organization.

Rooms have been reserved in the Hotels at negotiated prices (minimum 4 nights):
118 euros/day per person double room Half Board
160 euros/day per person single room Half Board
69 euros/day for supplent for 3° and 4° bed, Half Board
Additional Rooms have been reserved in *** Hotels closeby (Baita Clementi and Hotel Nazionale) at negotiated prices (minimum 4 nights):
96 euros/day per person double room Half Board
135 euros/day per person single room Half Board
Prizes can be rised by 25% for less than 4 nights.
Few Mini-Apartments are also available for students or families.
The number of single rooms is limited.
Young participants are encouraged to share.
Conference FEE:
250 Euros for SENIORS scientists
130 Euros for JUNIOR scientists (Master, PhD students, ...)
The FEE should be paid together with the room booking, as given below.
The FEE includes Welcome Cocktail and Coffee breaks.
The Conference Dinner is organized at Hotel Miramonti on Saturday 11th February 2023.
The cost is included in the accommodation for participants staying in the Conference Hotels. For external participants the cost is 35 Euros.
FEE for INFN participants:
the FEE should be paied as a STORNO to INFN Milano, from the local administration.

Deadline for Hotel Booking: 30th November 2022.
Room booking is confirmed by the Hotel management as follows:
- For SENIORS: 450 € deposit (including 250 € Conf. FEE) upon room request (before 30/11/2022);
- For JUNIORS: 330 € deposit (including 130 € Conf. FEE) upon room request (before 30/11/2022)
Deadline for FULL Hotel Payment: 20th January 2023.
If payments are not done in due time, room reservation can be automatically cancelled.

Hotel Cancellation policy:
If cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival: deposit refunded
If cancelled 30 to 16 days before date of arrival: room deposit (200 €) NOT refunded
If cancelled 15 to 5 days before date of arrival: 500 € NOT refunded
If cancelled later 5 days before arrival or in case of no-show: full period charged
