Minute of the 11 January 2022 coordination meeting

- Timesheet: we are all filling to timesheet monthly.
- Social Media: we need to discuss about a common policy about the news we want to publish on the social media. Which news, who will do it, do we need all to approve it?
- UK is looking for a person that can help on the project but this is not easy right now.
- Multiplier Event: due to the pandemia we can think to postpone to ME in April 2022 when the situation should be better and we could have the possibility to do in person.
- ME1: we need to invite the teachers that join the survey and let's give us some DIGITAL example to use in the classroom.
- Creativitic can prepare a general tool to make some AR example for everybody.
- We need a doodle for organising a 2 days online workshop with Creativitic.
- after this training session for ourself we can organise the ME with the teacher around end of March.
- IO: All the IO are targeting teachers. Simple, activities, examples, visual material.
- IO1:
- IO2: Every Inst. has to provide the activities we want to include in the IO. This should be done in advance. Creativitic will follow this but they need to have ideas and examples in advance.
- We need a template in which all partner describe the activity.
- Synergy between activity is an important issue.
- Jorge will provide 2 time slots in February.
- Need Analysis:
- we need to add info about that schools. Primary or Secondary
- Italy and UK need to quantify the Open Questions following the job done for Spain.
- Social Media:
- Conforti will work on the Social Media Plan
- Facebook is ok and we can share info from Institute. Posts does not have to be related to the project only.
- For Instagram we need 1 post per week. Post related to the project.
