Late registration is possible until 20 June 2022.
After this date registration will only be possible at the Conference Registration Desk.
The Early Registration Fee only applies to registrations completed before the deadline of 25 May 2022, which means that the conference fee has to be paid before the deadline to benefit from the Early Registration Fee.

To register to the Conference you need to have an INFN Indico account and to be logged in.
Notice that the registration process is complete only after payment of the conference fees. Proceed to checkout for the payment.

Childcare
On-site childcare will be organised and, up to a certain capacity, we will be able to provide it free of charge. Childcare will be organized in a dedicated space in the same building of the conference venue and will be provided by professional child carers. In order to organise this service, we need to be informed in advance, so please make sure to indicate this on the registration form.
Lunches during the conference
The lunches during the conference are not included in the registration fees and can be purchased at the cost of 20 EUR each or 100 EUR for the full package of 6 lunches. We strongly recommend to exploit this opportunity as there are few available alternatives in the vicinity of the conference site. The lunches can be booked starting from May 1 using your registration account, instructions will be sent by email to all registered participants in due time.
