Description
The radiative and electroweak-penguin $B$ decays mediated via $b\to s\gamma$ and $b\to s\ell^+\ell^-$ transitions, respectively, are sensitive to new physics since new heavy particles can enter in the loop altering decay branching fractions and other kinetic observables. Search for the lepton-flavor violation and the test of lepton-flavor universality through these processes are also of topical interest. In this presentation, we report measurements of $B \to K^{*}\tau\tau$, $B\to K\tau\ell$, $B\to K^{0}_{S}K^{0}_{S}\gamma$ and $B\to p\Lambda\gamma$ using $772\times 10^{6}$ $B$-meson pairs recorded by the Belle experiment at the KEKB asymmetric-energy $e^{+}e^{-}$ collider. The talk may also cover a few topics on other rare $B$ and $B_{s}$ decays from Belle.
