1. Recent Assays - Krzysztof
Uploaded missing results from database, no new information, waiting numbers form LNGS and Kracow
Most of the samples are lacking polonium extraction (they are fundamental for all the electronic components, long queue in Kracow.
The general assumption is that we tolerate 1-2 order of magnitude for low-mid part of the chain so we can skip Kracow samples and we give priority to other samples (Gd for example). Krzysztof has to do a list with priorities.
Some point to decide about summarizing samples in the table ( Krzysztof has to speak with Vicente and Iza).
Another problem is about resistors: they are assayed but no cleaned. The problem of cleaning resistors is that they are very small and they can be broken: what is the procedure to be followed? It is an important assay and we have to clarify this point.
Missed some resistors to screen because they weren’t available at the time of screening. All the CPFA have the same value more or less so we don’t have to repeat the assay.
Quick meeting in one of the next mornings to discuss a little be more some details ( Krzysztof , Vicente, Iza)

2. Daria: we are back in touch with Boulby

3. Iza: No news from LNGS cocerning the new assays (PEN).

4. Vicente: no news from Vicente (Cables).

5. Thomas: working on PCB samples (result next week?).

6. Update Radioactive budget document. Maxime and Vicente get in touch to prepare two pages for this document.

7. Jose Busto: Radon exhalation as a function of temperature.
No new results tests of transparency of plastic, they had some logistic problem. He will report on this results as soon as possible.
We have define our priorities form the point of view of radon emanation status.

8. Discuss in separate meeting next week the topic of conformal coating with Alessandro and Saverio.

9. Maxime and Vicente: Radioactive budget and material element analysis and verification
Next time Maxime shows the slide with the fraction of the n-gamma events: it is important because it tells us if it makes an impact on the background.

10. Vicente:
Next week we have to discuss the status of the material verification and elemental analysis.
There are minutes attached to this event. Show them.
