Description

SEMINARIO RINVIATO A DATA DA DESTINARSI

The galaxy clusters (GCs) abundance per unit of redshift and mass is a useful tool in order to constrain cosmological parameters. Planck Collaboration shown that σ8 and Ωm are sensitive to the biass in GCs mass estimation. Although several studies estimated this mass bias, these constraints suffer a huge scatter due to the reduced GCs samples considered. We present our characterisation of a scaling relation between SZ and dynamical masses by using data from our optical follow-up of unknown Planck sources and data from the SDSS survey archive, by compiling a sample of 207 SZ selected GCs from the Planck PSZ1 catalogue. We are able to constrain the mass bias parameter to (1-B)=0.78 +/- 0.02.
