- News dal meeting F2F GRBxGW tenuto a Roma (https://indico.cta-observatory.org/event/2533/timetable/) by Franz

Scopo: review dello stato dell'arte dei due consortium paper (GRB, GW), discutere issue tecnici sugli strumenti per finalizzare i paper, definire i writing themes dei paper. 

GW activities: creazione template short GRB da usare poi nella simulazione GW (Barbara Patricelli)

Milestones GW: entro giugno

GRB activities: circa 1000 GRB con afterglow model di Lara (LC+spettri), prodotti con parametri che matchano ai GRB bright di Swift; discussione delle prime rivelazioni fatte con gammapy (un paio all'anno). Come prossimo step, ci sarà lo studio di tutta la popolazione di GRB.

Punti da vedere per GRB: ottimizzazione pipeline ctools (specialmente la visibility) e modello prompt phase

Si chiederà alle varie persone del gruppo Transient coinvolte nelle attività GRB/GW di fare report, anche solo sui prossimi step da intraprendere

10:20 → 10:30 MAGIC+LST

- Cleaning di MAGIC implementato in ctapipe

• confronto di diversi parametri di Hillas con il cleaning di Mars e quello implementato in ctapipe: M1 ok, M2 ci sono eventi che non hanno valori compatibili
• il cleaning di MAGIC in ctapipe è ancora lento, 15 volte di meno rispetto al cleaning standard in ctapipe (tailcuts)

- Coincidenze eventi MAGIC-LST (Federico):

• lista di run di MAGIC e LST con dati presi dalla stessa sorgente
• studio dei timestamp in MAGIC e in LST (UCTS, DRAGON, TIB)
• trovato time offset tra timestamp di MAGIC e LST1: -37 secondi; confermato indipendentemente da Yoshiki; la sua origine sembra essere il fatto che il timestamp UCTS di LST1 è salvato in scala TAI, 37 secondi in anticipo rispetto a UTC
• rate coincidenze MAGIC-LST1 (finestra di 10 us): 65 Hz (però con tagli nell'analisi)
