Participants: Giuliana, Alex, Yi, Bianca, Luca, Roberto, Sam, Tom, Paolo, Livio.

Organisation and scheduling:

- The ProtoDUNE system in Lab 182 is still fully assembled and connected to the cryogenic system. The responsibility is of Milan, and their plans are not yet known to other people (not even Francesco Pietropaolo). We need a confirmation that the run is over.

- We can start to check the cryogenic system and identify/fix the leaks when the current setup is removed.

- Meeting on January 23: the idea is to discuss full and detailed schedule for the next Proto-0 run. Not everyone involved is required to travel to CERN and some people can join remotely.

- In case we still do not have a time plan the next week, we might want to anticipate this meeting, as well as to look for alternative cryogenic system elsewhere.

- Some tests on the steering module and grounding are required, in advance of the planned run.

- Urgently need a mid-term plan, until at least February, such that external people can plan the travels.

Cryosystem in Lab 182:

- Carefully leak check the flange. Once the cryostat vessel is available, or the new one designed by Marco Carlini is fabricated.

- Check or install a vacuum valve for protection in case of power failure.

- Check status of the oxygen filter (might need to re-generate if not good).

Implication of possible LFoundry delays on long-term schedule: will be major topic at the next PE call on Monday.
