Unique properties of Borexino experiment allow to use its data for high sensitivity studies of neutrino-related effects beyond the Standard Model such as non-standard interactions (NSI) and electromagnetic properties of neutrinos. Due to multiple effects which can be detected in liquid scintillators, we use different analysis methods considering both neutrino and anti-neutrino data sets to obtain limits on parameters of interactions. Details of these methods and final results of corresponding studies are discussed.
